「渾濁IPA」
在釀制的過程中加入大量的小麥和燕麥，使用多種優質的美式風格啤酒花，並採用東海岸著名的酵母菌株”果汁”來發酵，以呈現出”渾濁IPA”的經典獨特風格。喝一口就能感受到濃濃的熱帶水果香。
Ever had a beer that tastes like juice? Well, our entry into the “Haze Craze” is just that. With large additions of wheat and oats in the mash, our brewers achieved the classic haze and mouthfeel that this style is known for. Fermented using “juice,” an appropriately named east coast yeast strain, this beer delivers the delicious juicy vibes you’re looking for.
「比利時風味金色艾爾」
採用比利時經典上層艾爾酵母發酵而成，酒體呈現黃金般顏色，入口伴隨麥香和果香，酒體濃郁飽滿，喝完有溫暖的感覺 !
A Belgian Golden Ale demands a little more restraint and attention to detail than a Milkshake IPA. With a straight forward grain bill, a light addition of Saaz hops, we have created a beautifully balanced and complex beverage.
